-1 lb. chicken breast, sliced into thin strips

-1/2 cup heavy cream

-1/4 cup chicken broth

-1/4 cup white wine

-1 tbsp. olive oil

-1/2 tsp. dried thyme

-Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1) Add the chicken strips to a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat.     2) In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, white wine, and olive oil. Pour this mixture over the chicken strips, then add the thyme, salt, and pepper.   3) Cook the chicken strips for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through.    4) Add the heavy cream to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. Serve immediately.
