-1 lb. chicken breast, sliced into thin pieces -1/2 cup heavy cream -1/2 cup chicken broth -1 tsp. dried thyme -1/4 tsp. black pepper -1 tbsp. olive oil -1/4 cup all-purpose flour -2 garlic cloves, minced -1/2 cup frozen peas

Instructions:

1) In a large bowl, combine the chicken slices, heavy cream, chicken broth, dried thyme and black pepper. Mix well and set aside. 2) Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the flour and garlic cloves and stir until well combined. Add the chicken mixture to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the chicken is cooked through. 3) Stir in the frozen peas and cook for another 5 minutes, or until heated through. Serve immediately.
